I am instrumental in the improving of processes, working in unison with engineers, Subject Matter Experts and management, collaborating to resolve problems prior to the implementation phase.I manage production planning, and make the best use of available resources; monitoring and keeping abreast of material requirements to ensure the team is ready at all times to handle production projects.During my employment, I attained status as Subject Matter Expert for medical rotary screen printing. Moreover, I led the setup and ensuring accurate monitoring of web-based rotary screen printers in the manufacture of testing strips for application in the medical arena.
