Misheard Records is a record label, gig promoter, and more based in Aotearoa. Essentially just a vessel for me to do musical admin stuff.

I oversee the general production of the magazine and lead a team of editors, writers, journalists and artists.

In mid 2022 I properly joined the Debate team as a staff member, currently working as their resident Feature writer. I write investigative yet colloquial articles based on issue briefs. This involves extensive research, interviewing, efficient writing, and communication skills.

I contribute lifestyle and culture articles to AUT's student magazine. My writing is intentionally informal and colloquial, as I try to balance satire with genuine information and entertainment for the student body to enjoy.

I edit SPECK, a comics zine that compiles the weird and wonderful visual narratives created by artists around Aotearoa.

Hanging around, writing gig reviews and assisting with events here and there.

I produce and co-host Various Artists 95bFM's weekly arts and culture programme. We broadcast on Fridays, from 12 till 1PM.,

I film artists and musicians while they perform on live-to-air segments, such as Live on Breakfast, Friday Live, and Drive Island. This job includes setting up lights, operating cameras and occasionally editing the clips together.

I write and read concise news stories for the hourly on-air bulletins, which cover local and international reports, traffic, weather and surf.

I produced The Wire, 95bFM's long running current affairs show on Fridays. In this role, I conduct interviews with experts, politicians and organisation leaders about ongoing issues before editing the audio and presenting them live on air. In my time, I've introduced Strangest Things: a segment that covers the offbeat stories we wouldn't usually take a look at because they're a bit cooked. I began hosting The Friday Wire in July of 2022, meaning I introduce the show, run a segment where I speak to Auckland City Councillors and operate the panel.

I curate a playlist of upbeat music from Tāmaki Makaurau's local scene and beyond to play every Monday morning from 5AM - 7AM. I control the radio desk, facilitate texts from listeners, and chat on air about the music I'm playing, art that I love and anything else important at the beginning of the week.
