Responsible for the IT function in the True Potential Group. Including Infrastructure, Applications, IT Service Management, Telephony solution, Security, Account management and Help Desk support.In this role I have built up a range of skills to deal with the high demand and pressure of the organisation. I have also shown the ability to be able manage and improve accounts with external providers as well as maintain and upgrade our internal infrastructure in our Head office, London Office and Ireland Office.

Being part of just a two man team, I look after a wide range of I.T. services in our Head Office which currently holds over 100 members of staff, I also provide Exchange support for over 400 Wealth Management Parters. I also look after all IT equipment (PC's, Laptops, printers and projectors). While configuring machines and accounts for new starters.I liaise directly with senior management in order to come up with solutions and to provide as sufficient a service as possible.In my job role I deal with external suppliers on a daily basis, challenging both my technical knowledge and my social skills. I have built up a strong relationship with many organisations which benefits not only the IT department but the company as a whole.During my time I have also worked on projects for True Potential including pension software configuration,finance accounts software configuration, Conference technology set up, Asset management, Microsoft licence position, Server builds/upgrades, CCTV install and many more.I am constantly looking at ways in which I believe I could improve the department or organisation as a whole.

I completed an Advanced apprenticeship at True Potential in July 2014 and gained a full time position in the company.
