In July 2014 I began working with NT Electrical Group as a general electrician working in Darwin City and remote communities.After working along side several foreman working on new construction I was promoted to electrical foreman working on projects around Darwin.Various projects include:Territory Generation,Overseeing the electrical fit out of an entire floor in six weeks,to be used as the new control centre for the Northern Territory's power networks.Mary Mackillop College,Stages 2A, 2B and 3Over two years we looked after fire, electrical and data instalation for several buildings throughout the new school. Buildings contain various learning areas, dance theatre, sporting facilities and workshops.TIO Stadium, Michael Long Learning Centre.Construction of a new sporting centre at the Northern Territory's, TIO Stadium.Cyclone Lam,After Cyclone Lam hit Arnhem Land in 2015, I was flown to Milingimbi to make safe, repair, test and certify the local school and other government buildings.Tindal RAAF Base,Working under a lead electrician certified in Hazardous Areas, we refitted aircraft hangers with new H.A. equipment.

General maintenance electrician.

With Deadshort Electrical I completed my four year apprenticeship and worked with them for a further year as a tradesman. Throughout my apprenticeship I gained experience in commercial and industrial maintenance and commercial construction. The highlight of my apprenticeship was working alongside my tradesman on the construction of Gerard Lighting CEO, Simon Gerard's Home in the Adelaide Hills.The project winning the National NECA Award of Excellence 2007In my third year as an apprentice I was entrusted with my own work van and apprentices, becoming part of the company’s general electrical service crew, attending various jobs in the metro and surrounding areas, also becoming part of the 24 hour callout team.In my fifth year (first year as tradesman) I was responsible for several small contracts, including services to SA Water to supply power for security systems at water storage and pumping stations state wide and liaising with other contractors and SA Water infrastructure management.
