• Assist the University with recruiting potential Illinois State students via telephone and letters• Help incoming freshman become acquainted with life at Illinois State University• Provide students with effective communication when they ask questions about the University

• Supervise a pool staff of 20 and maintain appropriate schedules• Coordinate pool parties and manage customer relations with swimming pool patrons• Control chemical levels of the pool and oversee cleaning and general swimming pool maintenance

• Manage and create contracts for new/returning players, and the assistant chief executive officer• Increase popularity of team by creating flyers/tickets that are appealing/informing of game times and locations• Influence new camps and activities for team by helping out with new ideas on programs• Remodel the roster and staff on a rolling basis
