- Reporting directly to the NZ Sales manager I focus on both B2B and B2C brand management of the bicycle portfolio including Marin, Norco, BMC and Merida Bikes- Responsible for developing the NZ marketing strategy, brand plans, communications calendar and budget forecast- Ownership of key events and sponsorships including Dirt Detours Gravel Event, Crankworx and B2B Dealer Shows- End to end communications channel management including all brand websites, digital, search, social media and emails.- Implemented an ambassador program for the key brands that focused on athletes, content creators and community good sorts

• Reporting directly to the NZ Marketing Manager I focus on the brand, campaign, sponsorship, content and event management of the trade portfolio including AEG Power Tools, Empire Tools, Kango Tools and Hart Tools.• Lead nine key campaigns a year (4 retail, 2 product launch 3 sprints) end to end including channel planning, campaign and content briefs, artwork delivery, stakeholder management, budget management, reporting.• Ownership of yearly events end to end including Instore Takeover Events (Bunnings Warehouse) National Fieldays (Mystery Creek, Central Districts, Southern Districts) and trade shows. Responsible for all bookings, event material and coordination, stakeholder management, promotion, point of sale, reporting.• Leverage key sponsorships that elevate brand perception.

- Management of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for AEG Power Tools, RYOBI Power Tools, Kango Tools and Empire Tools- Management and distribution of budgets and spend towards campaigns, content creations and influencer budgets- Ownership of content direction and strategy - Support key above the line campaigns, key retail periods and events with contextually engaging content that delivers on objects.- Elevation of AEG brand perception through content and influencer strategy- Launch of My Ryobi Facebook Community Group (15,000 member across NZ and AU)Creation of Influencer program for AEG and RYOBI Power Tools

Trailpro constructs specialist trails to the highest quality in the most efficient time with as little adverse affect on the environment as possible. While our expertise lies in constructing grade 2 - 5 mountain bike trails our skills are versatile. We can also construct walking trails, school bike tracks and pump tracks with the addition of Trailpro's flair and style. We work predominantly across the North Island of New Zealand but we are also open to working further a field.

Working with a sales team to ensure excellent customer service in the sale of bikes and related products as well as maintaining precise scheduling of work shop jobs and ordering of stock. Role required workshop repair assistance and management of the workshop on weekends, overseeing and distributing roles to other staff.
