Act as job leader, where directed, and coordinate access arrangements, external consultants and delivery of the report to meet the client’s brief.- Prepare Condition reports of assets by surveying overall condition and reporting same via photos and tabulated descriptions via a template.- Prepare Make Good reports by reading leases, understanding repair & maintenance liabilities, surveying property and summarising liabilities and costs in an agreed template.- Other reports relating to property and construction as required.I am currently progressing through the APC training to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
