My team and I are responsible for:Delivery of the bi annual budget and 5 year planConsolidation of the EE, BT and Plusnet financials and KPIs to provide a total Consumer forecast. Design and presentation of packs to senior managementMaintenance, access control and support for key financial systems as well month end ledger close and timetable.

Overseeing the Budget submission for the whole of EE LoB, covering the entire P&L, under both IAS 18 and IFRS 15.Responsible for the delivery of CEO and CFO standard Board presentation.Provide insight and analysis on all areas of the P&L by working closely with the commercial teams. Ensure my team adheres to the BT group planning timetable , delivering system uploads , intercompany alignment, supporting schedules and variance analysis vs prior budgets.

Monthly results reporting for EE LoB, presenting the performance of the company vs targets and forecasts across the whole P&L, providing analysis and understanding of the key variances.Understanding the implications and impacts of the impending IFRS15 regulation, setting up processes and tools to allow for meaningful reporting under the new standard.

Delivering budget and long term strategic plan of EE.Producing board level presentations requiring clear and accurate messaging across all aspects of the P&L, Regulation and internal reporting.Building relationships with key stakeholders and management to enable delivery of forecasting within tight deadlines.

Key component of the Company Budget and Budget process. Consolidating all segments of the business into condensed packs for Shareholders and key Stakeholders, adhering to strict deadlines. Review and challenge of all financials and KPIs throughout the Budget process.Involvement in the longer term planning of the business , working on the 5 year plan for Shareholders and key Stakeholders. Completion of ad hoc projects requested by Senior Management and Shareholders.

Management accounting, reporting and budget co-ordination for the IT and Network Functions. Supporting the system alignment process within finance, the business and joint venture, recommending potential process improvements. Developing cash reporting and analysis.
