• From August to October 2003, designed the plant layout and installed Air, Electricity and Services for two SMT lines, One Manual / Wave Line, Plated Through-hole Line and Several custom built Test Machines along with.
• Started production in October to our main customer, Kostal Ireland Ltd., with four Operators and One SMT Line.

Process Support

• Leading & coaching Technicians to support ever changing business needs. Technicians are reviewed on a yearly basis.
• Setting up an Automated Preventive Maintenance and spares package. This is used to schedule maintenance, record maintenance/ breakdowns & spares used on individual machines.
• Tracking and reporting of all equipment and process downtime.
• I am responsible for the selection of most of the manufacturing equipment and carry out installation of same.
• Continue to work with vendors on service, spares pricing and applications on an ongoing basis.Introduction of many new customers to the Limerick plant as well as introducing new technologies such as Surface Mount.
