I am a digital marketing manager for many businesses across the UK. I am responsible for the annual marketing budget for many SME's using various digital marketing solutions like Google Ad Words, Display advertising, Websites, Social Media and Yell Business directory. I am accountable for an annual target, split between new business and existing key accounts, I'm working with business owners and board members directly within the local SME business marketplace on a daily basis. I have sole accountability for my own diary management, client care, account problem solving and target management. This involves relationship management with internal customer services, telesales and product development departments, as well as managing client relationships.

Using various bookkeeping and accountancy courses I had to build up lots of product knowledge as we was working for accrediting bodies such as the AAT and ACCA. My client base would mainly consist of trainee accountants and talking to governing bodies.
