Produced and edited a variety of piping & instrumentation diagrams in AutoCAD for civil wastewaterprojects. Performed engineering analysis to determine if the current lift system in Christchurch’s Pacific Tower was adequate, and how proposed alterations would affect performance. Produced a calculation-based model of the system and worked to iterate and refine it. Communicated with colleagues and vendors to select appropriate engineering components to be used in civil wastewater projects. Accompanied colleagues on visits to a variety of civil sites and assisted in carrying out inspections.

Worked for the Department of Engineering Science assisting with research into the modelling of geothermal fields. Ran inverse modelling simulations to optimize model parameters, worked on a Python interface developed by the department, and compiled a report comparing various two-phase flow correlations.
