About Liam Kerrigan

Liam Kerrigan BEng (Hons), Nat Dip Eng, Eur Ing, CEng, MIEI, Chartered EngineerI am a Chartered Engineer for the past 14 years and 20 years work experience in the Design, Co-ordination, Management, & Construction of small and large scale Civil Engineering projects. I have diverse range and significant experience in various disciplines of civil engineering which include: Landfill, Rail Infrastructure, Bridge Construction/Demolition, Culverts, Roads, Car parks, water mains, foul sewer, surface water, and reinforced concrete structures, Data Centre construction & CSAI have gained significant experience in tendering and estimating recently for 10 years now having been involved in various size and scales of projects ranging from €50k to €30m in value. These include traditional contracts, contracts with contractors design elements, and large scale Design Build (DB) road projects. I also have particular experience as a Design/Build Manager working closely with process engineers developing DBO, DB projects such as Water treatment, Water Abstraction, Wastewater Treatment Projects varying in size including Power / Utilities, CSA and Data Centre Works. As an Engineer on various projects, I have a great deal of knowledge of the procedures from setting out to Programming, Quality Assurance, Contract Administration, Resource Management and Health and Safety, Cost Management to Final Account settlement.
