Currently Working on the Design Build Demo and Reconstruction Project of the Terminal 1 of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). - Working Closely with Gensler Architects and designers to complete the design for the new Terminal 1 which is estimated to be over 700,000 sq ft and $900 million dollars.- The Project will be conducted in two separate stages and the entire project will occur while the entire terminal is fully functioning over the next 5 years.

Field Engineer March 2015 – Febuary 2016Hensel Phelps, San Jose, CA• Managed, engineered and oversaw the construction of a design build, 544,000 sqft, 25 building, correctional complex where $350 million of materials and labor was installed over the course of 2 years. This fast-paced environment led to numerous opportunities where I oversaw fixes to design flaws and changes. All buildings were tilt up concrete panels consisting of erected steel, concrete slabs, steel stud framing, concrete masonry units, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and ascetic scopes.• Worked closely with foremen and craft to better understand every scope and common difficulties within that scope. This perception allowed insight to the limitations of various methods and materials of work. Major scopes on project: Concrete and Rebar, Erected Steel, Steel Deck, Concrete Masonry, Metal Stud Faming, Roofing, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Finish Scopes.• RFI’s for conflicts were created to propose solutions to conflicts in the field. These solutions would be reviewed with the Engineer and Architect to approve or modify the.• I Innovated lift drawings, which combine all applicable information for specific craft’s scope. This improved the installation of reoccurring items dramatically generally providing a map of where the items location, key information of the item and a detailed drawing displaying the dimensioned final product.• Managed project schedule providing a sequence of events that displayed each scopes timing of installation maximizing productivity prior to installation. Production was recorded to monitor the schedules progress.

Worked with Project Engineers and Project Superintendents on construction projects, specifically the Fremont High School Pool House in Sunnyvale California. Coordinated closely with Architects and Consultant Engineers on design plans and methods for approaching problems encountered during construction. Reviewed submittals from subcontractors on all materials installed into building. Wrote RFI's for any problematic issues from drawings and encounters on job-site. Gained first hand experience on wood frame building and concrete pour process.
