Planning my own concerts, stepping in as a tracking engineer, being called in as a studio manager, and planning events for my peers all granted me experience on a wide spectrum. Getting the opportunity to fully plan out and organize events to being called in at last moment to simply get a job done. Thanks to these experiences I am quick to understand what is needed to get something done to the best of my ability with resources at hand. I also have gotten the opportunity to feel what it's like to put in the time and polish to make something run smoother than anyone could have expected.Not only have I provided this for my Peers at Capital University as AES President, but also at my part-time employment at Saint Paul Lutheran Westerville. Thanks in part to my expertise and management skills, we were able to pull off more charity concerts this year than any other.
