At Amcomp we are all involved in every area of the busniess to help give the best serivce and products to all our customers. Although our job titles say specific roles, we all work in the areas from attending site for installations to sales and service advise to all our new and exsisting customers.

Caterparts are a leading supplier for spare parts in the catering industry. A Sales Administrator role is to put together and process orders for customers specific needs. Working with many suppliers to help customers and engineers buy providing them with parts drawing, product information, specifications, availability and any other information that is required for them to perform their job to the highest standard.

Flexel is a top spare parts company within the mobility industry. I was specifically designated to look after approx 300 customers, making sure they had all the correct stock they required, making sure they had all the information or any new information that they required. Along with answering calls, processing orders and setting up new customers.

Direct Legal & Collections was a debt recovery company. I was on a team focusing on bank and car loans that were outstanding. As a customer service, we also were there to help customers get back on track financially by understanding their situation and helping them come up with realistic ways of improving their financial debt.

I was Assistant to the The Swim Coach for the Northants Swim club in the southern area. This would consist of teaching the Acadamy of possible and up and coming children to make it in the club to represent Northampton in the district and county level, even with the possibility of going on to national level. Learning from higher coaches to get the best understanding and techniques to put into created session plans to then pass onto the children to get the best out of them in training for them to be the best they can be for competitions and for themselves.

Starting off as a Lifeguard we were resposible for the wellbeing for all customers in the premisis not just people using the swimming pool, but the Fitness Suite and Health Suites also. Qualifying with Basic and advanced first aid and water rescue from infants, children through to adults an understanding of reconising and preventing danger before it occurs is the main role for a lifeguard. We also need to make sure that we are able to open and set up the building so it is safe and ready for the public to use. Adding the qualification of a Swimming Teacher builds the confidence of the children and adults to be confident in the water so that they can go and safely use other facilities with a low risk of creating any harm to themselves. This involves an learning and understanding the SwimLife standards and criteria for the ability of the children and adults need to move on to higher abilities. Planning these lessions specifically to the needs of the group you are teaching to help and guide them to better techniques to an overall imporvment and undertanding of swimming. Finally the Role of Duty Manager lets me use all the skills I have gained throughout Lifeguarding and Swimming Teaching lets me have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take control of the building, staff and everyone who visits the site to make sure all runs smoothly, safely, fun and controlled enviroment. This consists of regular checks of the plant room, boiler room, water PH level and Chlornie levels of the pool. Regular swap overs of staff so that everyone is alert and performing to the highest and safest standards.
