My name is Liam Magee, and I am currently in my third year pursuing a degree in History and International Relations at Queen's University Belfast. Delivering exceptional customer service and handling the demands of a fast-paced environment, I have honed my skills of multitasking under pressure, effortlessly serving over a thousand customers each night. Furthermore, conflict resolution has become one of my strong suits as I consistently approach confrontations with hostile and intoxicated patrons in a composed and respectful manner. This role, much like my academic endeavours, has reinforced the significance of working collaboratively towards a shared goal, namely providing a level of service that surpasses customer expectations.Moreover, I take pride in my proficiency in the Irish language, having achieved as at both GCSE and A level.
