I have recently graduated with a 2:1 in Sports Coaching for Participation and Performance Development. This course provides experience with Analysis, Physiology, Psychology amongst many other areas that impact sport across all environments.I ran a Sport Psychology dissertation project looking at the delivery of Mental Skills Training to Swimming athletes with little to no experience of MST. Measuring tools and swimming timings were used to measure improvements with all 16 athletes improving in at least their mental skill levels or athletic performance.
