By providing high level customer service, I’ve increased social media presence on Trip Advisor and Facebook through reviews and interaction, aiming to increase sales by connecting with potential new customers.Since managing our in-house branch recruitment and redesigning our training scheme, I have been asked to implement that structure into other branches of the same franchise, and support their teams.I oversee branch maintenance to ensure games are kept in good condition, and upgrade games for better customer experience through room design and builds.I also manage cash handling and record keeping, ensuring staff accurately adhere to protocols.

As an experienced member of the team, I worked around the building in various customer ser- vice roles. From handling enquiries to taking payments, I aimed to provide customers with the best possible service. I developed good verbal and written communication skills through re- ception tasks. I also helped to maintain the inflatable equipment, and ensured that children and adults had fun whilst remaining safe.
