Partner Success Manager
CurrentResponsible for the incremental success, overall sentiment, and sense of partnership with our partners following their onboarding to the Tekion platform.• Analyze partner data to enhance their experience and the value they receive from Tekion. This surrounds core functionality / partner integrations / CRM / training and workflow support / change management.• Understand our partners experience to assemble and suggest new product solutions and/or improvements.• Perform QBRs, support optimization, and anticipate partner needs in advance. • Lead and support our partners continued journey with Tekion following onboarding and transition to other internal teams. • Fulfill partner needs cross-functionally within the organization.
