Consulted with Good Nature Agro (GNA), a social enterprise based in Chipata, Zambia, to improve their marketing strategy and brand visibility.Interviewed important clients in the commercial and non-profit sectors and surveyed small-scale farmers.Created evidence based recommendations that helped GNA expand its brand presence, attract new customers, break into new regions, and build loyalty among existing customers.

Worked collaboratively to facilitate sales and improve guest experience.Contributed to the team's consistent performance above the sales goal and the store averaging over $40,000 in sales on the days I worked.

Conducted a literature review of the homelessness crisis in the Bay Area and met with homeless advocates and experts in order to determine the best course of action to solve the crisis. Created five short format videos presenting my findings about the ethical necessity of the right to housing. Worked with the social media team to publish and promote the videos.
