As a communications consultant for Telecom my role consists of delivering a high level of customer service to all customer that walk through the door and over the phone. My main task is dealing with accounts to insure that the specific needs for a customer are met. Problem solving and multitasking is required on a daily basis to keep up with a fast paced and ever changing industry.

My duties as a Sales Assistant at Dick Smith Electronics, is primarily providing a high level of customer service and cash handling. I also provide excellent customer service and pride myself on being extremely helpful to anyone that may require my assistance.
