Fermanagh are now milking 4,500 cows producing 1 million litres of milk every week. Here I learned invaluable skills and got an insight into the incredible eye for detail required to successfully run a large scale dairy enterprise. I worked closely with the herds team and specialised in areas such as herd health, nutrition and calf rearing.
