I had 4 key performance indicators in eir . In my 3 years I hit 143 out of 144 targets. I was promoted to be the sales mentor within my shop in August 2018 allowing me the responsibility of managing one of the stores key performance indicators and manage the training of all new staff. When I was appointed to manage a target in store, we moved from an average monthly yield of 76% to 123%. I trained 11 staff members in my years with two going on to higher roles within the company. Consumer sales made up most of my job, but I was appointed the business rep making me point of contact for all Business accounts sold. Completed management training and have devised my own training programmes which were rolled out across my sales area.
