I’m an accomplished and dynamic practitioner passionate about working with disabled adults and individuals with complex needs. My journey has been shaped by my role as an Assistant Manager and Welfare officer at SCS, where I truly enjoy caring for people in the community and making a positive impact in their lives. I’m also pursuing a degree in Psychology and Criminology, alongside training in British Sign Language (BSL) and behavioral strategies for complex disabilities. With four years of experience at Tesco, I’ve developed strong customer service skills and a deep appreciation for teamwork. I believe that a person-centered approach is key to supporting those I work with, and I’m excited to continue growing in this field.
