Key Achievements:Regional consolidation – successfully managed the realignment and consolidation of the northern regional structure from a footprint of 19 branches to 9, where customer retention and premium growth were achieved.Commercial product group lead – to drive and optimise commercial sales and profitability nationwide.Discount management - implemented a revised discount management strategy where behavioural change resulted in > €1m p.a. savings nationally.
