Hello! My name is Liam McFadden, I am originally from Frederick County, Maryland but now reside in the Charlotte Metro area. Throughout my whole life I’ve always been the talkative type, and I am more than thankful for it. I have developed the ability where I can communicate with anyone, anywhere, at anytime. While I am still young, I have learned how useful and important this skill can be in a work environment. From making sure tickets are read correctly and understood in a kitchen, to being involved in 5 different conversations with patrons of a bar, to building relationships with all members of the staff, I’ve learned that my ability to communicate is a gift. Because of this, I have developed a passion in Hospitality, Customer Service, and Sales. My hope is that one day, I can help teach people how to communicate efficiently and effectively in any environment for any purpose. I strive to pursue a career where I can work with people on a daily basis, as well as learn and improve on my communication, customer service, and sales skills. I am determined to make the most out of any opportunity that is put in front of me!
