I have gained years experience in Childrens residential Homes, providing high quality care across different homes working with young people with complex childhood trauma, problematised sexual behaviour and learning difficulties. I have completed my level three in residential care whilst also having my level three in early years sector. I have been able to progress in both sectors to senior levels and management within companies gaining vital experiences on how to work and develop team members that I work with.
