I worked as a landscaper and hardscaper. During my time, I was able to learn many things from some of the older men I worked with. I was able to learn the importance of physicality, but also how to do things properly and slowly, rather than wrong and fast. I was able to use my math skills many times as I had to figure out the angles of stones or even cut grass. I am very thankful to have spent my summer learning much information from my co-workers and look to carrying this over to my next job.
