Exercise has always been a major component of my life and in the past 5 years I have had the pleasure to help individuals on their own fitness journey. I am currently in my 3rd year of Kinesiology at Camosun College. This has been a very educating experience that has allowed me to push the boundaries of the demographics I have the chance to work with. Working through Panorama the last 5 years has allowed me to handle stressful situations, make me adaptable to different clients needs, and create a sense of community within my group classes. I hope to finish my degree and continue to provide world class services to make impactful changes in peoples lives. I am certain that with my experience and work ethic I can be a very effective Kinesiologist.
