About Liam Mcvea

I started as a summer laborer in scaffolding, learning the essence of hard work, teamwork, and camaraderie. I then shifted to a shipping/receiving role for a small Calgarian steel distributor, mastering calmness under pressure in a small office setting. Academically, I pursued history and philosophy (major/minor), followed by studies in political science (honours), culminating in a Master's in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University. I am currently at Library and Archives Canada in the Real Property Branch, utilizing a blend of hands-on experience and academic insight to help the organization take on its role as a real property custodian.I am a huge fan of hip-hop, rock and electronic music, I work hard and play soft (why would you play hard?), and every summer I go to the Kootenays to fish and hunt for gold!
