My core responsibilities include:· Citrix product suite SME and Escalation point for Citrix virtual apps and desktops, Netscaler, CAG, Storefront, Web Interface, and PVS including Image and application management· Active Directory SME and escalation point for LeasePlan Asia Pacific domain.
