Following Castleton Technology’s acquisition of Documotive and the adoption of Agile methodologies performed the duties of Product Owner in the development of a new CRM product and later gained experience as a Scrum Master. Wrote user stories, prioritised the backlog to establish a product roadmap. Ran and participated in ceremonies and helped remove impediments allowing the team to focus on delivery.
