Progressed through the Civil Engineering industry from grass roots. Now work as a specialist in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure divisions having had first hand site experience. Building customer relations and gaining trust is of the utmost importance rather than hitting KPI's based on phone calls and amount of emails sent to clients.
