About Liam Mullens
I've studied Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University, where I first encountered programming. I became more interested in it after I finished university and have self-taught in a variety of languages. I consider my primary strengths to be in Python and JavaScript, but I have used several other tools such as mobile development with Android Studio and Front-end work including React. In particular I got into the Python world thanks to Machine Learning, as it is a field I am quite interested in and have spent some time teaching myself. I enjoy continuously learning new tools and methods and can usually be found spending too much time in online courses as a result. I also enjoy helping others learn and achieve their goals, which is how I got involved with organizations such as CoderDojo and NodeGirls.
