Liam is an experienced personal injury practitioner.He is a specialist in insurance fraud, who leads the St John’s Buildings fraud team, and Lawyers Against Insurance Fraud. He is usually instructed in multi-track litigation, and is frequently asked to draft Schedules, Counter-Schedules and high value advices. He has attended many JSMs and CCMCs.He has developed a significant reputation for fraud arising out of motor accidents, and is panel Counsel for the major insurers, dealing with staged accidents, phantom accidents, counterclaims against dishonest Claimants, LVI claims, and bogus passenger claims.He is very experienced at trial, and in conference, and is able to draft Defences, and Part 35 questions with speed and precision. He is currently involved in several High Court actions where a declaration of fraud is sought, and/or contempt proceedings have been issued.
