•Ensuring that all GAV/NAV reviews for the client are completed and delivered on time, to the highest standard and in line with agreements and procedures. I review 11 daily funds (non UCITS LUX Funds) in total, these are prepared by an outsourced company in India called TCS.•Managing the TCS relationship to ensure the client receives the highest possible service, this involves daily contact with TCS and I also conduct weekly conference calls, arrange training sessions to provide TCS with feedback and direction.•Developing and maintaining good client relationships. Ensuring that all queries and requests for the client are dealt with promptly and adequately and prepare Monthly Board Metric reporting for the Client and displaying a Confident ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally. Participating in conference calls, responding urgently to ad-hoc client queries and NAV related queries.•Have completed weekly USGAAP and monthly Fund of Funds. Have experience of processing and reconciling futures, swaps, CFD’s,warrants,derivatives Dividend Enhancement Swaps and Equities in cash & position sections of NAV. Ensure Corporate Actions are correctly reflected on the NAV on ex date and ensuring entities like Rights terms have been booked using correct Bloomberg corporate action details ie. convert the relevant quantities to the underlying security. •Develop professional relationships with Shareholder Services, Portfolio Administration and Custody Units to ensure the correct processing of fund trades (Investment Administration) and resolution of cash queries. Ensuring Accurately sourced share prices are being applied via Bloomberg (Unit Pricing) and fund of hedge funds prices from the underlying administrators. Applying theoretical pricing to rights lines if necessary.•Completion of Audit Pack & Interim Financial Statements to be sent to Auditor and responding to queries form Auditors within 24 hour turnaround.•Completion of PFIC Tax Spreadsheets.

•Ensuring Receipt Printer Functionality on ATM’s across the country which involved daily communication with external parties ie engineers•Addressing ATM Reconciliation queries with colleagues and the public. Initiating contact with clients after query investigation.•Overseeing functionality of ATM machines as part of a team and recording updates on Internal system database.•Recording and altering ATM transaction details on spreadsheets and databases and the internal e-mail system and liaising with relevant colleagues/ departments to improve customer service levels.
