As a Graduate Assistant in the Sociology Department I am assigned to work closely with three of the associate and tenured professors in the department. On weekly basis I make copies, post readings on canvas, prepare content for the upcoming lectures, and sit in for office hours with an open invitation for students seeking extra assistance. I also am on call to fill in for the professors I was assigned in the result that they cannot attend the scheduled class. In these scenarios I lecture, lead activities, and oversee presentations. I also assist these professors in their other academic ventures by assisting them in research and job applications.

I manage a staff of approximately 40 students. The management team is in direct communication with the student body, their staff, and administration. I facilitate events on campus with expected attendance of up to 1,000 students. I set up AV equipment for most of these events and delegate tasks amongst staff I also often handle large amounts of money at a time, as my department helps the money earned at an event reach the bank account of the organization. As a manager I manage schedules, discipline, and countless other managerial tasks.

As a Crew Member, we are saddled with the task of providing all customers with the best shopping experience possible. Throughout the day we rotate between working on the register, to stocking shelves, to unloading delivery trucks, handing out free samples, cleaning the store and greeting customers at the door. I help see to the needs of thousands of customers a day. We work in a team environment, where everyone is reliant on one another to produce results in an incredibly fast paced store. On top of this, I work as a member of the "Tasting Team" in which I prepare and serve food to my fellow employees in the break room, and am a member of the "Flowers Team" in which I help to prepare the order for the flower department and specialize in stocking and organizing this section.

I tutored primarily college students in the following topics: sociology, English, statistics, history, and philosophy. This involved house calls and Zoom calls alike. I reviewed hundreds of papers and publications. I would edit them, communicate with the client and ensure that they got an acceptable grade.

I worked at a small, yet popular, bar and grill in my hometown. I would be on my feet for up to 12 hours a day and serve minimum of five tables at a time and hundreds of customers a day. I had to memorize an extensive menu, and often assisted in food prep. I paid close attention to detail, while providing excellent customer service. I worked within a team of 10 at a time, and had to work efficiently and precisely.

I would long hours in the store, and amongst a large team with delegated tasks. On a day-to-day basis I either was assigned to receive orders on a mobile device, and shop for the client's orders, to package and organize the orders by item type, pickup time, and last name, or to carry the items out to the clients and load their cars. These jobs all required customer service skills, a certain level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and time management. I would help fulfill hundreds of orders a day.
