I am an experienced public policy professional and former political staff member, who has worked across multiple portfolios. I am currently Head of Government and Stakeholder Engagement at Mable. Mable is a simple to use online marketplace that offers an alternative to traditional aged care at home and disability support models. Mable provides older Australians and people with disability more choice, control and flexibility to shape the care and support they receive in their own home and community.For 2016-2022, I worked at GRACosway, Australia’s largest, multi-partisan, public affairs consultancy firm. In this time, I have specialised in health and financial services policy and had the opportunity to work with a number of marquee clients.A highlight of my time with GRACosway was working on the Hayne Royal Commission. For my work on the Hayne Commission I was awarded the “Rising Star” award in 2018. During this time, I was responsible for managing policy monitoring and analysis of key developments and updating up to 14 clients twice each day. From this experience, I gained a detailed understanding of financial services regulation and ultimately developed the Financial Services Digest. A paid weekly publication which provides an overview of financial services regulatory, policy and policy developments.I also have extensive knowledge of parliamentary processes and previously managed Opposition business in the NSW Legislative Council and have provided counsel to multiple clients facing parliamentary inquiries.
