Currently in charge of updating manufacturing processes. This involves the overseeing design of part holders, process validation, regular team update meetings, cost/time control and regulatory acceptance.As part of this position I am also involved in relocating Value Steams between buildings and the validation of operating systems to regulatory standards. As part of value stream moves I have regular contact with highly specialised contractors and work deadly with them and internal employees to achieve project goals.

Project & QA/QC Engineer on large redevelopment of the Pfizer Grange Castle site to facilitate multi-product capability. The works involved the installation of high end HVAC system into partially operational GMP facility while minimizing client impact to operations. The works were carried out with an extremely challenging programme on site, with 3 mission critical shutdowns throughout the works.Duties included design verification, works and management of 3rd party specialists, QC management throughout the install, commissioning, client liaison and system validation.

Generated new products to be manufactured and sold in the Irish and International Agriculture Market using Pro-Engineer and AutoCAD.Hands on experience with the development of new and existing products and manufacturing procedures.Dealt with large quantities of clients at agricultural exhibitions such as National Ploughing Championship and Tullamore Show where was regularly made think on the spot of solutions for the clients problem and sell products as a result.On a weekly bases planned out the upcoming week's schedule of deliveries and work to be divided out among employees.
