The wholesale operations team execute the activities and key initiatives that drive the efficient operation of open eir’s wholesale products. Our team ensure that open eir wholesale meet their regulatory obligations, particularly in the areas of Equivalence, Transparency and Performance. Another key aspect of the role is to support the on-going success of our products by providing key insights on product performance and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of analysts and operational staff with responsibilities covering;• Ownership of the Industry Workshops and Product Development Processes• Regulated Product Equivalence KPI reporting, analysis and issue resolution. • Regulated Product SLA operation, reporting and reconciliation. • Controls - ownership for the full lifecycle of all open eir Wholesale controls. • Ownership of all open eir Regulated and non-Regulated projects addressing product process obligations and improvement objectives. • Work with regulatory operations and or other key stakeholders to implement any decision notices which require operational changes/procedures in order to meet our regulatory obligations.• Supporting internal and external audits• Management and publishing of product documentation, including Process Manuals and Statement of Compliance, etc.Key Achievements• Successful implementation of a new product development process resulting from ComReg Decision notice• Restructure of our monthly industry workshops to improve change management and communication with our wholesale customers

The National Broadband Network (nbn) is Australia’s first national wholesale-only, open access broadband network. Line manager for a team of twelve people, including, 4 network engineers, 2 activation specialists and 6 analysts.
