Current Fee Earner managing, filing, organising and liaising with over 130 active and live files, both efficiently and effectively. Developed an attention to detail when critiquing and valuing medical reports in order to ensure evidence is coherent and admissible for Court Hearings. This has provided an ongoing and high attention to detail in respecting the Data Protection Act, and understanding how to encrypt medical reports in order to retain client confidentiality. I am able to liaise and correspond with multiple agencies and organisations, ranging but not limited to: Courts, Third Party and in House Solicitors, Medical Agencies, Accounts departments, Clients and Litigation Friends. The high speed nature of personal injury confirms my ability to work at a fast pace in order to adhere with the Solicitor Regulation Authorities Code of Conduct, completing work within scheduled deadlines, but has also provided the opportunity to engage in Accounts Paperwork. This has included banking cheques, sending cheques to clients and or medical agencies, completing monthly reports and creating cost sheets to ensure the safety and confidentiality of banking paperwork.
