I was selected to a competitive internship program to support the personal lines underwriting business. I expanded my knowledge of the insurance world and company operations. I successfully completed a large analytical project and presented my findings to the company, while effectively communicating data and recommendations to underwriters. I attained an extended internship where I continued to support company operations and gain valuable knowledge into insurance, analytics, and business.

I performed a variety of tasks including contributing to the setup and breakdown of equipment for a variety of shows at the Xfinity Center. I provided excellent customer service to performers, road crews, and concertgoers, while gaining exposure to large event operations.

I serviced to customers in a friendly manner, while assisting with the management of stock and inventory. I managed purchases and return orders on POS system ensuring accuracy in prices.

I executed over 300 deliveries during the Covid-19 lockdown. I reviewed orders for accuracy, and delivered food on time to customers in a professional manner while following Covid-19 guidelines.
