January 2018 – June 2020Entering Oodle as an IT Support Specialist, I began as part of a 2-person support team supporting 100+ employees. With rapid business growth, I supported the set up 3 additional sites around the UK, as well as 2 offshore sites, gaining a promotion to Senior IT Support Specialist and going on to support 400+ employees. My daily tasks include:• Actioning / Triaging 1st and 2nd line Support calls• Administrating Active Directory / New user Setup • Office 365 maintenance • Providing remote support to customers• Administrating Azure Active Directory accounts / users and groups • New starter equipment builds (Laptop, phones, iPad and badge access) • New starter IT inductions • Administrating and monitoring Meraki network• Assisting with IT project work• Monitoring Sophos Central (Anti-Virus and firewall) • User account setup for additional internal / external applications

I started IVI UK Ltd in January 2017, My job role is to provide first line support to our medical staff around the UK. I often commute to our other clinics around the UK such as London, Chester and Midland. My daily tasks include:• Providing support for patient management system• SOPHOS UTM- monitoring firewalls and email traffic passing through Exchange• Monitoring emails• Providing telephone and remote support• Cisco equipment configuration • IGEL (Thin Client) Installations • Active directory maintenance (Adding / removing users)• Basic and Complex Software Installations

I started my apprenticeship with Bright Logic Ltd on the 1st August 2013 and enrolled with Oxford and Cherwell Valley College on the 1st September 2013. I finished my course at Oxford and Cherwell Valley in September 2014 with an Extended Diploma in Communications and Technology.Bright logic Ltd is a software development company which supplies a CRM based system to Estate and Letting Agents in the UK & Ireland. My job, as a support analyst, was to provide technical support to customers, helping to solve any queries and problems they may have such as financial reporting, the creation of media, supplying installations and upgrades of our software.I regularly dialed-in to client sites to diagnose problems and resolve issues and perform data migration on client SQL servers.The role required me to spend most of the day on the phone to clients and liaising with senior support staff and developers within the company.As well as support, I was involved in the testing process, which involves testing each aspect of the system and identifying any potential faults and improvements, that could develop the productivity of our system.
