During my internship with Clear Creek ISD, I gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting a range of hardware and networking devices, including computers, projectors, and network infrastructure. Collaborating with a dedicated team of IT professionals and network engineers, I enhanced my technical skills and problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios. Additionally, I utilized command prompt and batch scripts to navigate and bypass Windows constraints, contributing to the efficient resolution of technical challenges within the district.
