As part of the management team I have many responsibilities including keeping our team driven and enthusiastic, Helping and coaching my colleagues wherever I can. My main focus is selling the navigation systems, car audio systems and the bikes. Within this role I am expected to have a good sales technique as well as providing excellent customer care and meeting the expected weekly sales. Part of my responsibilities involve working within the bike hut building-repairing bikes, to a high standard. I also work within the warehouse taking internet orders and helping with the deliveries. I take great pride and care within my role at Halfords and enjoy my time there.
