At Wilkos, I am currently employed to do two jobs, one of them being Customer service assistant and the other being in the operations team. For the customer service assistant, you are working with customers most of the time which requires patience and speed, this usually means multi-tasking at the tills to make sure you run as fast as you can without affecting the service of the customer.For the operations team, this is mainly distributing the delivery throughout the store. This requires speed more than anything as everything has to be done before the store opens in the morning.I also had a few other jobs to do, which only I was trusted to do, such as price checks throughout the store, making sure there were no gaps on the shelves and maintaining a professional look to the shop.
