Completed projects included: - £8 Million Salisbury House re-development converting a 6 storey disused former office premises into 98 energy efficient studio apartments. The building was fully stripped back to the structural concrete frame, and a new terracotta rainscreen system was installed. - Westpoint - £18 Million conversion of 15-storey commercial premises to 318 energy efficient student apartments. Also Project Managed numerous other multi-million pound city centre re-development schemes including the conversion and refurbishment of listed buildings. Involved from pre-acquisition stage to handover to the client. Responsibilities included:• Providing pre-acquisition and development advice to the client prior to purchase• Managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the development process including planning consultants, designers, mechanical and electrical, utilities installations, and tendering works packages to procure sub-contractors• Preparing and regularly updating detailed project plans in both pre-construction and construction stages reporting on progress at all stages• Organising, co-ordinating and chairing consultant and sub-contractor site meetings to ensure co-operation between project stakeholders• Ensuring that safe project working practices are adhered to at all times and ensuring all site personnel follow safety management procedures• Managing, monitoring, and co-ordinating all aspects of the projects to ensure successful delivery
