Double stacker project lead- Lead a $2.2 million dollar project to replace an EOL single station stacker with a dual station stacker yielding a 1.8% improvement to the line's overall run rate efficiency- New equipment replaced EOL components with supported equipment, eliminated ergonomically unsafe process elements and boosted stack quality- Managed budgets, schedules, project specification, tendering and commissioning from the project's inception to completion- Supervised a team of millwrights and electricians during equipment installation to ensure project specifications were followed and safety best practices were maintained

Conveyor Safety Initiative-Led a department wide conveyor safety project from the initial design phase to the final implementation and commissioning.- Designed a dynamic guard system to prevent associate access to hazardous machinery while passively allowing carriers to pass through.-completed simulated life cycle testing accurately set PM schedules and ensure components were adequately rated for their duty cycle.
