As a coach, I was responsible for several juniors on my court, and to identify ways for them to improve their game. I work closely with the local community by attending meetings, to make Tennis enjoyable and accessible sport for all people of all and ages.During this time working at Thorncliffe Tennis club, I carried out a project to increase the number of players attending coaching sessions this included attending local schools and community centres and getting people of all walks of life involved in tennis.
