Responsible for the resource management of our RO accounts, RS Integrated Supplies, Gatehouse Bank, CBI, First Bank of Nigeria, and Amigo Loans.I am responsible for leading a multi-site team of 8 permanent staff and up to 2 additional flexible resources, who recruit across Business Finance, HR, Invoice & Asset Finance, Audit, Risk, Compliance, CIO, Mortgages, and Operations functions, manufacturing, and engineering.

Responsible for the resource management of our largest RPO account Aldermore Bank, within a shared service environment. Leading a multi-site team of 5 permanent staff and up to 3 additional flexible resources, who recruit across Business Finance, HR, Invoice & Asset Finance, Audit, Risk, Compliance, CIO, Mortgages, and Operations functions.

Focusing on mid to senior-level appointments within the Financial Services sector, ensuring we find the best talent within the external marketplace through a variety of role-specific and direct candidate attraction methods.
